TIME FOR REST

It’s that time of year. The song on the radio sings “the most wonderful time of the year”. Well, maybe not for us. Now, especially, remember to give yourself grace. Give yourself permission to accept your emotions. Not happy? That’s ok. Feeling blue? That’s ok, too. But, along with that, make decisions that provide self-care. For me that means maintaining my fitness routine and eating healthy food. I’m also giving myself permission to REST and not overdo it. Praying for all of you this day and always. xoxo
